Information clause for job candidates
Dear Sir/Madam,
due to the fact that from May 25, 2018 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 applies. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (commonly known as "GDPR"), we provide information regarding personal data below.

Purpose of processing personal data
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Your personal data to the extent indicated in the legal provisions regarding the recruitment procedure will be processed on the basis of:
- 221 Labor Code,
- 6 section 1 letter a, b, c GDPR, i.e.: based on the candidate's consent and as data necessary to perform the contract and fulfill the obligation of the Administrator.
Providing personal data to the extent resulting from Art. 221 KP jest niezbędne, aby uczestniczyć w postępowaniu rekrutacyjnym.
Providing other data (e.g. image data) is voluntary and requires your consent.
Personal data processing period
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the current recruitment process, as well as in subsequent recruitment processes if you consent. Consents granted may be revoked at any time.
Personal data storage period
Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed.
If you consent to the use of your personal data for future recruitment purposes, your data will be used for a period of 1 year or until you withdraw your consent.
Recipient of personal data
The categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed by W2 are:
- authorised Controller’s employees,
- authorized employees of the recruitment portals through which you submitted your application,
- medical facilities – (recipients of referrals for occupational medicine tests),
- entities responsible for supervising the operation of video monitoring, including system maintenance,
- entities providing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Your data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
Transferring personal data to third countries or international organizations
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
Rights of persons whose data are processed
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to data processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
You may exercise the above rights by:
