The W2 manufacturer's offer includes various types of signaling devices. The basic groups of devices in this category are signal towers and signal columns. They are used, among others, in the industrial sector and in production plants. Signal columns are devices that can warn about threats using both acoustic and optical signals.

Signal columns

Signal columns can be optionally equipped with a sound module, which allows optical signaling to be supplemented with acoustics. At the order stage, the customer can choose, among others: the length of the leg, the color of the housing or the number and arrangement of light segments. In addition to the columns, we also produce signals in various versions, as well as automation modules that allow you to control the operation of signaling devices.

Columns, signal towers

Columns and signal towers are used not only for work safety reasons, but above all to improve and automate production processes. Signal columns also work as warning devices about incorrect machine operation, and also alert the employee about potential danger resulting from the course of work. The towers and signal columns produced by W2, commonly known as signal towers, are manufactured as a compact structure. When placing an order, the customer should specify which version he is interested in (number of optical modules and their colors, housing color, sound module or distance length).

LED light column - signaling the operating status

A light column is a device that has many applications. Most often, it is intended for use in automation systems and as accessories for modern machines. Its basic role is to send acoustic and/or optical signals when irregularities occur, e.g. due to the operation of machines or downtime. Thanks to their functionality, traffic lights are able to increase the continuity of processes, influence production efficiency and ensure safety in the workplace. The LED light column is produced by W2 in various versions (number of optical modules and their colors, housing color, sound module and distance length). When it comes to the use of signaling columns in our offer, there are models available dedicated to the industrial automation sector - to signal the operating status of machines. To meet the various needs and expectations of our customers, our offer also includes an LED light column powered by 230 V AC mains voltage. To facilitate the selection of the appropriate signaling column model, we provide a detailed description of the technical data for each product.

Signal column - on request

Signal towers in the appropriate configuration can be one of the elements of an effective notification and information system. W2's offer includes a wide range of devices - the signal column is one of the basic types of signals used in industry. As a manufacturer of signaling devices, we are able to offer the purchase of a signaling column with parameters tailored to your needs. It is up to the clients to define the device configuration. This applies in particular to the selection of the number and arrangement of optical segments or the optional sound module. The described light column can generate flash signals of various frequencies. It is also possible to trigger continuous or rotating light. The signal columns and towers offered by W2 may have differently arranged light modules (maximum 5). In the version with a sound module, the signal tower can generate 1 of 5 acoustic signals. Alarm signaling implemented in this way allows for the transmission of information, e.g. about the machine's condition, and also facilitates monitoring of the machinery. The type and configuration of the signaling column should be carefully considered. First of all, you should pay attention to the environment in which the device will operate, what possibilities it can be controlled or powered, and how alarming is to be ultimately implemented. Signal towers and columns are widely used in industry. Their implementation makes it easier to control production processes and clearly signals the operating status of machines. Some of the signal columns available in our offer have a high degree of protection IP65.
