Privacy Policy and Cookies


I. General Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy specifies how users’ personal data is collected, processed, and stored while using the website at www.w2.com.pl (hereinafter: the service) and informs about the use of cookies by the service.

2. Cookies are small text files that a website saves on the user’s computer/mobile device when they browse the site. These files are used to improve the functionality of the website and to convey certain information about the user.

3. The service collects only the personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered.

4. Personal data collected through the service is processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services, and other generally applicable regulations.

5. The administrator processes personal data only after obtaining the user’s consent.

6. Giving consent to the processing of personal data is entirely voluntary.

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis for Processing

1. Users’ personal data is used for:

1)Concluding and executing agreements, including contacting in relation to their execution, and taking actions at the user’s request before concluding an agreement (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);

2)Accessing the Client Zone and its resources; sending newsletters – based on the user’s consent (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);

3)Fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the administrator, namely maintaining the administrator’s accounting and tax settlements (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);

4)Pursuing the administrator’s legitimate interests (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), such as:

  • Marketing and promotion of products and services offered by the administrator;
  • Responding to messages/queries sent by the user, including through the contact form;
  • Conducting analytical and statistical activities;
  • Establishing, pursuing, and defending against claims;
  • Optimizing the service for users.

2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use certain functionalities of the service.

3. Regarding personal data of contact persons and representatives of contractors, we process contact data and data related to the function/position in the entity on whose behalf these persons act. Personal data (name, surname, phone number, position, place of work) has been provided to the administrator by the entity on whose behalf the person acts. The personal data of these persons is processed in the legitimate interest of the Administrator (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely establishing and executing cooperation with the entity on whose behalf the person acts, informing about the administrator’s offer, pursuing or defending against claims against the entity on whose behalf the person acts.


IV. Period of Processing Personal Data

1. Personal data will be processed for the period during which the person remains an active User of the Service (has a User account), and thereafter for the period necessary to comply with legal regulations, pursue or defend against potential claims, but no longer than 3 years (unless a specific provision states otherwise).

2.Data processed based on consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, with the reservation that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.


V. Sharing Personal Data

1.Users’ personal data may be transferred to: entities related to the Administrator, its subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g., entities providing and servicing selected IT systems and solutions, courier/postal service companies, law firms.

2.Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).


VI. Rights of the user

1.The user of the service has the right to:
access their personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, transfer it, withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal), object to the processing, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

VII. Information About Cookies

1.The website www.w2.com.pl uses cookies. These files are saved in the memory of the device (computer, phone, etc.) and enable users to use all available functions of the service.

2.Collected information includes IP address, type of browser used, language, date and time information, location, and information sent to the service via the contact form.

3.The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our site to improve the functioning of the service, ensuring more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the site.

4.Our Service uses the following cookies:

  • “Necessary” – these files are essential for the operation of our website, and the User cannot disable them; they enable access to basic functions such as site navigation and access to secure areas; without these files, the site may not function correctly,
  • “Functional” – increase the comfort of using our site, enabling the User to use additional, non-standard functions; by accepting these files, the User ensures full access to all features of our service,
  • “Analytical” cookies google-analytics.com – allow analyzing User behavior on our site, helping us continually improve its functionality and usability; by accepting these files, the User supports site optimization,
  • “Marketing” – help tailor advertisements to the User’s interests, ensuring more personalized and effective campaigns,
  • Cookies associated with the “AddToAny Share Buttons” plugin, which is used for easy content sharing through social networks. 2.Users’ data is not profiled to tailor content and personalize offers after their consent.


IX. Final Provisions

1.The administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that the users’ rights are not restricted.

2.Information about changes will appear in the form of a notice available on the service.
