INFORMATION CLAUSE FOR JOB CANDIDATES


Dear Sir/Madam,

Due to the fact that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”) entered into effect on 25 May 2018, we provide below information regarding personal data.


PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment proces.


LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data in the scope indicated in the legal provisions relating to the recruitment procedure will be processed on the basis of:

  • art. 221 of the Labor Code,
  • art. 6 sec. 1 letters a, b, c GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the candidate’s consent and as data necessary to perform the contract and fulfill the Administrator’s obligation.

Providing personal data in the scope resulting from art. 221 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data (e.g. image data) is voluntary and requires your consent.


PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out the current recruitment process, as well as in subsequent recruitment of employees, if you consent to it. Consents granted may be revoked at any time.


PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the end of the recruitment process. In the event of consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, your data will be used for a period of 1 year or until the consent is withdrawn.


RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The categories of recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed by W2 include:

  • authorized employees of the Controller,
  • authorized employees of recruitment portals through which you submitted your application,
  • medical facilities – (recipients of referrals for occupational medicine examinations),
  • entities responsible for supervising the operation of video monitoring, including system maintenance,
  • entities providing and maintaining infrastructure IT.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, PROFILING

Your data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.


TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organizations.


RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You have the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of your data, the right to transfer your data, the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
